A Beginner’s Handbook to LEED v5 Building Operations and Maintenance Guidelines

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) unveiled a draft of its LEED for Operations and Maintenance (O+M) Guidelines, also known as LEED v5. The follow up to their previous guidelines on LEED Building Design and Construction, this new set of sustainability criteria focuses on existing facilities. With the period for public comment and real-world testing behind us, we are now on solid ground to make educated estimates about what will appear in the official publication, slated for January 2025.

Download this eBook for an overview of the guidelines, prerequisites and credit opportunities we anticipate from LEED v5.
