When the school year began, leaders at James Fallon Elementary School in Wayne, New Jersey, could have never imagined they’d be scrambling to find students a safe place to eat lunch. But that’s exactly what happened when they discovered wood trusses in the ceiling were beginning to fail. Searching for a fast, efficient way to get work started, the school enlisted the help of Gordian and the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey (ESCNJ), a local co-op.
