This award recognizes Gordian for demonstrating outstanding value and helping the USPS achieve its mission of providing exceptional mail service to the American public in 2019.

Gordian announced that the George Washington University (GW) received the 2019 Harry H. Mellon Award of Excellence in Job Order Contracting (JOC) for interior renovations to Mitchell Hall. The honor for exemplary use of JOC included recognition of both GW and Centennial Contractors, Inc. due to the special circumstances surrounding this project which was identified, scoped and completed within 35 days.

2021 RSMeans data from Gordian is now available. In the past 12 months, more than 90% of all material costs, equipment prices and labor wage rates have experienced a change. Increases have occurred in 82% of equipment prices and 98% of labor wages. Some specific material costs have increased greater than 50% over 2020 prices and continue to fluctuate dramatically from quarter to quarter. In addition to the latest material, equipment and labor prices, new biohazard remediation line items and infectious disease precaution line item costs and modifiers have been added to 2021 RSMeans data in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Gordian announces a five-year, $3.9M agreement with the US Army Corps of Engineers’ Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) and Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) to provide continuously updated RSMeans data, to inform BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) for the Department of Defense (DOD) user community.

Gordian has been awarded a $1.4 million contract from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to continue their subscription of RSMeans Data Online Complete Full Library and a $2.9 million, three-year contract from National Nuclear Security Agency (NNSA) to further enhance and improve NNSA’s asset management systems leveraging RSMeans data.
