New Gordian Executives Extend Focus and Capabilities Across Data, Software and Service

Greenville, S.C., Mar. 15, 2017 – Gordian, the leading provider of data, software and expertise from planning and design through construction to operations, announced today three executives to enhance and expand capabilities and a superior customer experience. Noam Reininger was named Vice President, Chief Data Officer; John Liu, Vice President of Development; and Daniel Cook, Director of Enterprise Accounts.

“As the construction industry continues to evolve and grow, Gordian must also enhance our experience, capabilities and vision,” said William Pollak, CEO. “We continue to optimize our structure with the addition of these executives. Each one brings a unique element that will further our key customer deliverables of data, software and service.”

Reininger will lead Gordian’s data collection, production and analytics efforts while expanding data innovation across the company. His experience brings a great understanding of the challenges involved in implementing and supporting data & analytics solutions that drive customer success. Reininger joined the company from Dun & Bradstreet, where he was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data Management Solutions for nearly five years and responsible for $330 million in annual revenue.

“Gordian was founded on data,” Pollak added. “Noam’s expertise will ensure we have powerful data offerings across every stage of the construction lifecycle, which is critical to the success of our ever-growing base of customers.”

Liu will oversee software development and database administration for all of Gordian’s applications. He is also responsible for creating and managing the software used by customers to access the databases, as well as by Gordian’s field operations and member services teams to manage customer interactions. Liu’s background includes enterprise software development and advanced experience in development operations with large corporate and government entities that have highly-configured and data-driven applications, including Oracle and Taleo.

Promoted into a new role with Gordian, Cook was named Director, Enterprise Accounts. Formerly Director of Operations for the company’s Southeast Region, he worked closely with clients in the field to implement and manage projects and Job Order Contracting construction programs. Cook now leads the Enterprise Business Group, a team that partners with customers to ensure they realize the full potential of their Gordian solutions to optimize their operational efficiency.
