Gordian, the leading provider of unrivaled insights, robust technology and comprehensive expertise for all phases of the building lifecycle, announces its Kykloud solution has retained two globally-recognised International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) accreditations issued by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). Kykloud, Gordian’s mobile surveying software and inspections application, can save surveyors up to 60% of the time typically spent collecting data and reporting on facility and asset conditions.
Kykloud achieved ISO 9001 status – the world’s most recognised quality management system standard – acknowledging Gordian’s consistent monitoring, management and improvement of the software capabilities and the multiple benefits it delivers.
Kykloud also achieved ISO 27001 accreditation – the international security management standard – acknowledging Gordian’s secure management of customer and employee details, intellectual property, financial information and third-party data.
“Gordian’s product and technology teams are focused on solving our global clients’ crucial challenges by upholding high service levels and continuing to search for ways to increase the value our solutions provide,” says Gordian’s Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer, Chris Gaudreau. “These accreditations are important milestones in the well-established Kykloud journey and provide further assurance of Gordian’s commitment to our customers.”
Kykloud is Gordian’s building surveying and inspections solution that streamlines data collection, enables users to create customisable survey templates and allows users to gain a greater understanding of building condition for reporting, budgeting and planning.
Tom Aburrow-Newman, UK Senior Account Executive at Gordian, added, “We are delighted to continue to provide this extra layer of confidence to Kykloud customers, further enabling them to achieve higher levels of productivity, with increased data quality and improved cost control amongst other benefits.”
