UNT Completes Major Building Renovation with JOC

Faced with tight schedules and a continually expanding scope of work, The University of North Texas (UNT) employed Job Order Contracting to streamline the construction process for its Child Development Lab.

Consequently, UNT received the 2016 Harry H. Mellon Award of Excellence in Job Order Contracting.
The honor for innovative use of Job Order Contracting included recognition of both the university and local contractor, LMC Corporation.
