Greenville, S.C. — The Gordian Group, the leading provider of cost data, software and services to organizations pursuing efficient and effective construction planning and information solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dwayne Pierre-Antoine to Director of Operations for the company’s Great Lakes Region. Mr. Pierre-Antoine will be responsible for all client and staff performance within the region.

Mr. Pierre-Antoine replaces Michael C. Jones, the previous Director of The Gordian Group’s Great Lakes Region who was recently appointed as VP of Operations for The Gordian Group, a newly created position charged with managing the company’s expanding operations throughout the U.S.
In his previous position as Senior Account Manager in the Chicago area, Mr. Pierre-Antoine oversaw and supported JOC programs for the City of Chicago, City Colleges of Chicago, Chicago Public Schools, Cook County and the City of Chicago Public Building Commission. Prior to joining The Gordian Group seven years ago as a Project Manager, he served as a senior adjuster with various insurance agencies in the Chicago area. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Bradley University in Illinois.
As the Operations Director for the Great Lakes Region, Mr. Pierre-Antoine will be responsible for all client and staff performance, developing and implementing programs including customized Gordian JOC Solutions® and Gordian Change Order Management System™ (COMS), training client and contractor staff, and managing the team’s day-to-day activities. Additionally, he will oversee the region’s Gordian ezIQC® programs, the onboarding of new clients, and managing existing contracts for Illinois Tollway, Purdue University, Chicago Transit Authority, City of Chicago Infrastructure Departments, Cleveland Clinic and University of Illinois at Chicago.
